Indications for reservation
• A final reservation is only compulsive with a prepayment of 25 – 30 % of the total price paid by postal order or by bank transfer at:

with the annotation: “Prepayment for confirmation – name of the guest”
• Reserved rooms are charged even in case of a later arrival or an earlier departure, if there is no other reservation following.
• The prepayment won’t be returned in case of cancellation of the reservation. The lodging costs according to the international hotel regulations are put into your account.
• We recommend travel cancellation insurance.
Mode of payment
• For the residual amount we accept cash or cheque payment.
Arrival and departure
• The apartments and rooms are available at 2 p.m.
• The vacate time on departure day is at 9.30 a.m.
• Please schedule your arrival not later than 10 p.m.
• Please inform us of your arrival after 6 p.m.
Dogs, cats & animals
• The stay for animals (with coat and basket) is on request (5 to 10 Euro per night without food).
